ECCOMAS and IACM members will have a 5% reduction on the delegate fees.
Delegates Registration fee includes: Conference proceedings, attendance at the scientific sessions, coffee break, lunch, welcome cocktail and social banquet.
Speakers are required to finalize their registration before June 2nd 2025 in
order to get the presentation included in the Conference Programme.
Student registration: Student rate attendees must send by e-mail to the Conference Secretariat, a letter from
their Department Head/Chair stating that the attendee is a full time student.
Payment Confirmation Notifications will be sent to your email address, once your payment is processed
successfully.
Refund Policy: Non-author registrants who are unable to attend and do not designate a substitute will be eligible for a refund, minus a €120 cancellation fee, provided that a written request is received by July 10, 2025.
After this date, no refunds will be issued, and registrants will be liable for the full registration fee.
