IGA2025

IS004 - IGA for Solids and Structures

Organized by: A. Reali (University of Pavia, Italy), R. de Borst (University of Sheffield, United Kingdom), L. De Lorenzis (ETH Zurich, Switzerland) and T. Elguedj (INSA Lyon, France)
From the beginning, isogeometric analysis has been successfully applied to the discretization of a wide range of problems in solid and structural mechanics. This minisymposium provides a platform for exchanging novel and innovative research in this area, including new method developments and applications in continuum solid mechanics, structural mechanics, contact, damage and fracture, and coupled problems.
